Healthy and tasty Vegetable Sandwich in 15 min

Yeah yeah I know fast paced life, no time .Cooking is a big deal for working couples ,thus end up no eating right or just buying some fast food ...which is just so ""no good"".This post is about the one favorite sandwich I have made since my college, which is so easy , yet healthy yet so darn easy to make and you would seriously wonder the very small list of ingredients that go into making this wonderful piece of ""content food"". List of Ingredients: 1.Bread (Sandwich /Milk /Multigrain ) 2. Amul Salted Butter or just any salted butter . 3.Tomato Ketchup 4.Thinly sliced Onions, Tomatoes and Capsicum /Bell Peppers.(Optional: carrot , coriander) 5.Salt to taste Procedure: Heat a tawa /flat pan and sauté the thinly sliced vegetables with a thin slice of salted butte and salt.Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until the onions become translucent and tomatoes begin to peel off the skin.Turn off and keep aside. The other day it was my hubby's birthday and he loves food !And of course I thought why not make him happy with something new and yummy to eat.As the adage goes "A way to mans heart is through his stomach ".He loves north Indian cuisine so a little gravy is a must for his choice.So here in this post it's about Cabbage Kofta Curry that is best served and enjoyed with Rotis /Phulkas/Chapatis.This is easy peasy to make and the dry kofta balls can also be savoured as evening snack or rather a starter.As cabbage is easily available , this recipes will be your hands -on curry if you have many guests at home.A chopper will make your life easy , because chopping cabbage finely with a knife would be wee bit a daunting task.
