1.     To start with the Chia Hydrating Kit comes with a Toner, Lotion and cream. These are so cute and perfect for travel or for use on the go. This comes in handy especially if you have dry skin like mine.

2.    This is enriched with Vitamin B12 which is known to help in fading freckles and dark spots.

3.    The aleurone layer on rice is rich in Vitamin B12 is great for skin. It’s the reddish-pink layer on rice. When you have rice, try eating rice grains which have these reddish- pink streaks, as they contain the vital vitamins essential for healthy skin.

     Fully polished white rice is only carbohydrates minus the vital vitamin complex. So don't generalize rice to be bad for health. Always prefer to eat what is mostly grown in and around the area you live...Like the staple crop of that region  instead of aping the west! My humble request 🙏

4.    I have been using the 365 Day Herb Cleanser and trust me it gives such a fresh look.

5.    I just finished using the Rice face sheet mask and God just blessed my skin!

6.    Its not only relaxing but also the touch of feel of my facial skin is like never before with any of the face masks used till date. This is so different from the others I’ve used till date.
